Our incinerator designs are application specific, allowing for cost efficient and environmentally sensitive combustion solutions for solid, liquid and gas waste. Infratech commercial and industrial incinerators are designed to meet ever increasing waste incineration emission controls while burning a wide variety of wastes commonly found at oilfield drilling, mining, construction and operating locations, hospitals, clinics, or industrial applications.

We also provide drilling platform and portable incinerators, as well as a variety of optional equipment and related technologies. With in-house manufacturing, CAD technology and dynamic consulting services we are able to satisfy a variety of demands across a broad business spectrum.

Streamlining the combustion process, improving smokeless incinerators and customizing air powered incinerator options Infratech provides an analytical approach to every burner application, be it for a single fire tube for an air powered incinerator, a radiant wall for a smokeless incinerator or a pressurized fired box for an auto combustion incinerator. Where a retro-fit burner is being considered, part of our preliminary work up includes most of the steps listed in our fired equipment analysis scope. For both new and retro-fit applications, we work with the manufacturer or operator to establish optimal combustion process metrics including flame pattern, mass flow rates, heat exchange mechanisms, efficiency, emission levels and serviceability.

Infratech also provides state of the art thermal imaging consulting services to industry. Our experienced technicians are able to provide infrared inspections, IR scanning of heater furnace tubes, refractory, and electrical systems. In addition, Infratech also provides industry leading Fugitive Emission Management Services, using the latest infrared gas leak detection system together with a gas leak quantification instruments. Our detailed reporting formats are client driven to enable the client to use the information effectively for regulatory reporting. All of our Infrared Inspection Services relate directly to keeping your operating asset up, productive and profitable.
